Shipping & returns

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped via USPS or Canada Post within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery. We do understand the excitement of receiving the orders quickly because we are just like you!. Hence we make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but there might be times when we are unable to guarantee the delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner, please plan accordingly. During the holidays or special occasions, please place your orders at least one week prior to the event.

Shipping rates:

The rates charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of the products and your location. Before checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Required Signature:

Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature. However, in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to Get Libaas Return Address.

Email confirmation:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you about your order dispatch. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS Mail Service will not have tracking numbers.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy:

We always encourage our customers to read the product details and sizing thoroughly before placing the order. However, for some reason, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

You have 7 Calendar Days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Note:

Shipping the item to customers' location certainly costs us Shipping and Handling Charges.

i) Therefore, upon receiving the product, we do not refund the original Shipping and Handling Charges that you paid while placing the order.

ii) You will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs while returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must initiate the return within 7 Business Days of receiving your purchase.

1. Please email sales@getlibaas.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. We will also advise you the address at the time of coordination for your return.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned. These include Hijabs, Hijab pins and Henna Cones.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

Currently we do not accept Exchanging of the product, once purchased.
